I am a naturopath, herbalist and nutritionist with nearly 20 years clinical experience in broad general practice assisting women, men, teenagers and children to attain better health. I have a particular interest and am highly experienced in helping women with gynaecological and reproductive problems and menopausal transition.
I am delighted to join Canberra Holistic Health.
Prior to setting up my own practice, I worked with Ann-Maree at Melbourne Holistic Health Group and also at Fertile Ground Health Group and Metabolica, all busy multidiscipinary clinics with a focus on women’s health, fertility and IVF/ART. Currently, I am also working in public health, at a hospital-based endometriosis clinic, seeing patients referred by specialists.
I have a strong collaborative approach to naturopathic practice and work with medical specialists and other healthcare professionals where possible because I believe that the best outcomes for patients come from excellent communication and collaboration between providers.
I am a sought-after presenter and practitioner educator, most recently presenting a HealthMasters LIVE masterclass for healthcare practitioners on first trimester pregnancy care.
I lecture in herbal medicine and supervise final year students in clinical practice at Torrens University. I am a contributing author of ‘Women, Hormone’s and the Menstrual Cycle’, 3rd edition.
